  4 Step Qualification Process plus a 4 Step Development Process

  1. Complete the on-line Initial Franchise Application.
    The information will be reviewed by our Leadership Team.  Upon preliminary approval, you will be notified of our interest. This information will be kept confidential.

  2. Franchise Brochure and Initial Interview
    Upon approval of your application, a Game X Change representative will contact you and will send you a Franchise Brochure and will schedule a meeting with you at one of our Regional offices or via the Internet. During this visit, we will provide an in-depth introduction to the Game X Change operation, discuss your business plans and answer questions to determine our mutual interest.  You will then also receive your Franchise Disclosure Document at the end of this stage of the process.

  3. Franchise Disclosure and Detailed Information Review.
    Review Franchise Disclosure Document and evaluate Game X Change as a business opportunity. These documents contain valuable information to help you analyze our franchise system. We evaluate your information forms, financial statements, credit forms and background information. Upon a mutual decision to proceed, we will schedule a full site visit.

  4. Enter Into a Franchise Agreement and Celebrate.
    We should have provided enough information about Game X Change and each other to make a decision. If you are approved, we will sign a franchise agreement and welcome you as a new member of the family.

  5. Site Selection and Lease Negotiation
    As soon as possible you will be shown available sites in your preferred area.  Game X Change can provide real estate brokerage and tenant representation support or you may directly negotiate with the landlord.  We will provide final comments on the lease prior to final execution to aid in the process.

  6. Initial Training and Pre-Launch Support.
    You and your management staff attend initial training at our Training and Test Center in Dallas, TX. Ongoing webinars, tutorials and industry briefings will be provided electronically while your store is in development.

  7. Store Development and Construction.
    You will be provided with New Franchisee Starter Package with checklists and equipment requirements.  Once we both sign off on the design, we can assist you with drawings, permits, bids and other support though the build-out process.

  8. Store Set, In-Store Training and Launch

Game X Change will help with Store Sets, In-Store Training and Marketing Launch plans as the final stages of opening your very own family business. Welcome to the family !
